To keep your plush in the best condition, we recommend spot cleaning or gentle hand washing only. Machine washing or drying may cause damage to the fabric and stitching.

Yes, we do offer custom plush orders! Since we design and manufacture our own plushies, we welcome your ideas and creations.

We ship worldwide from our two warehouses located in China and the USA. Your order will be shipped from the warehouse closest to your location for faster delivery.

Choosing gift packaging means your plush won’t be vacuum-sealed. Instead, it will arrive in a special gift box, along with a small set of extra goodies such as themed merchandise or a badge holder. The bonus items may vary depending on the season or stock availability, but they’re always fun and charming! ✨💝

  3. Delivery Delays – We’ll do our best to deliver your order quickly. However, extra time may be needed due to invalid addresses or customs clearance.

  4. Late Packages – If your package does not arrive within 30 days of placing your order, please contact our Customer Support team within that same timeframe (via online service or email).

When will my order be shipped?

  • In-stock items: Usually dispatched within 1–3 days after purchase. Estimated delivery: 10–14 days.

  • Pre-order items: Please check the product description for timeline details. If your pre-order takes longer than stated, contact us at contact.plushshop@gmail.com.

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Track your order here: 17track.net.

If no updates appear in the logistics system for 7+ days, please reach out to our support team.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is usually 7–14 days. If tracking shows no updates for more than a week, this is considered unusual — please contact us for assistance.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No — you can check out as a guest. But creating an account allows faster checkout, order history access, and a smoother shopping experience.

How can I pay for my order? 💳

Accepted Payment Methods:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Elo, JCB, UnionPay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
(❌ COD not accepted at this time.)

Payment Process:

  • For credit/debit cards: An authorization hold is placed when you order; the charge is completed once the order is shipped.

  • For PayPal: Payment is captured immediately upon order confirmation.

Can I modify or cancel my order? ✅

Yes, as long as it has not been shipped. You can change the address, items, or cancel entirely.
Once shipped, changes are not possible — but you may return the order for a refund.

What if there’s an issue with my order? ❣️

For missing items, wrong products, or damaged plushies, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at contact.plushshop@gmail.com.

What does “unfulfilled” mean?

It means your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Once dispatched, the status will update to “fulfilled.”

🎯 Returns & Refunds

How do I return an item?

You can return items within 30 days of receipt (except customized products). Items must be in original condition. Please note: we do not accept exchanges.

⚠️ If the return is not due to a quality issue, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost. Contact us at service@plushshop.com for the correct return address.

When will I get my refund?

  • Refunds are usually processed within 48–72 hours after initiation.

  • During holidays, refunds may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

What if I haven’t received my refund?
