  • Plushshop.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to limited stock, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or policy violations.

6. Customer Conduct Policy

We are committed to respectful and professional customer service. However, abusive, aggressive, or unreasonable behavior toward staff will not be tolerated.

Unacceptable behavior includes but is not limited to:

  • Threats, intimidation, abusive language, or discriminatory remarks.

  • Excessive or repetitive complaints after fair resolution has been offered.

  • Demanding outcomes outside company policy (e.g., refunds exceeding the order value).

Plushshop.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and cancel future orders for customers who violate this policy.

All content on Plushshop.com—including text, graphics, images, logos, and software—is the exclusive property of Plushshop.com or its content providers and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

8. Intellectual Property Infringement

If you believe your intellectual property rights are being infringed by Plushshop.com, please contact us with the following:

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Pricing & Currency

  • Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Conversions displayed in other currencies are estimates and may not reflect the exact current rate.

  • Customers are responsible for any additional bank fees or exchange charges.

  • In the event of pricing errors, Plushshop.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel affected orders.

11. Shipping & Customs

  • Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on stock availability.

  • Once dispatched, risk and ownership of goods transfer to the buyer.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and customs information.

  • All shipments are Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

12. Arbitration & Governing Law

Disputes not resolved within 30 days will be submitted to the South China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (SCIA). Awards are final and binding.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

13. Termination

Plushshop.com may terminate your access without notice for violations of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Site, and all associated rights will be revoked.

14. Final Provisions

  • Plushshop.com is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics, customs, or incorrect customer information.

  • All orders marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier are considered fulfilled.

  • Plushshop.com reserves all rights not expressly granted under this Agreement.
