We hope you love your order! But if for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied, our return process is simple and straightforward.

How long do I have to make a return, and who pays for shipping?

  • You have 30 days from the purchase date to return your items. Return packages must be postmarked within 30 days; returns made after this window will not be accepted.

  • Shipping fees:

    • If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Plushshop will cover the return/exchange shipping cost.

    • If the return/exchange is due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

How do I request a return or exchange?

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at contact.plushshop.com to request an assessment.

  2. Once approved, we’ll email you the correct return address.

    ⚠️ Please note: Items must be returned only to the address provided by Customer Service, not the sender’s address on your original package.

How will I receive my refund?

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your return.

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your order.

Important Notes:

  1. Do not send returns to the sender’s address on the package. This will delay or prevent processing. Always use the address provided by Customer Service.

  2. Please ensure you don’t accidentally include items that are not from Plushshop.com in your return package. We cannot send these back to you.
